Our nursery boasts a dedicated and experienced team of educators who are deeply committed to Early Years Education. We engage a diverse group of professionals, including Montessori teachers, Forest School Teachers, Early Years Educators and individuals currently in training.
Our team comprises of Early Years Educators, Montessori Teachers and Forest School Leaders. Our dedicated practitioners go beyond teaching—they nurture, guide, and inspire every child in their care. They meet each child at their own stage of development, building on individual strengths while gently supporting them through new challenges. With an intuitive understanding of what each child needs, they know when to offer comfort, when to celebrate achievements, and when to allow space for quiet reflection. By truly getting to know every child, they ensure that each step forward feels meaningful, supported, and perfectly suited to them.
Kim Bradley – Director
A qualified Montessori Teacher, trained from birth -12 years. Kim dreamt of being a teacher since she was 3 years old and has been working in Early Years Education for over 15 years. She is very passionate about alternative methods of education and providing outstanding care and education for children. Kim believes children have a right to a childhood full of nature, imagination, creativity, fun and friends. She aims to empower children to make their own choices, explore their own interests and develop their ability to explore the world around them.
Elizabeth Wycherley- Nursery Manager
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's degree in Childcare and an Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) qualification. With over 30 years of experience in early years education, she is passionate about helping children learn, grow, and thrive in a nurturing environment.
Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of preschool settings, taking on roles including EYFS Quality Advisor, staff trainer, Learning and Development Coordinator, and Nursery Manager. She also spent seven years as a mentor and assessor at the University of Brighton, supporting and inspiring the next generation of early years professionals.
In addition, she holds a Level 3 qualification in Forest School teaching, reflecting her commitment to providing children with enriching outdoor learning experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, and a love of nature.
Ingrida Laureckyte - Deputy Nursery Manager and Montessori Teacher
Ingrida is our dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager and Montessori Teacher, bringing a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development. She holds a Montessori qualification and has valuable experience teaching within Montessori environments, where she creates calm, engaging, and child-centred learning experiences.
Ingrida is committed to helping every child develop confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning. She works closely with our children, families, and staff to ensure every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential. Her caring nature, positive approach, and commitment to the Montessori philosophy make her a valued member of our nursery team.
